Career description:
A client relations associate works closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction, making sure clients’ needs are being met in a timely and satisfactory manner. In addition, they also help manage team projects, review company protocols, and assist their company in client acquisition. A customer relations associate is often tasked with writing reports and giving updates to not only clients, but to their supervisors as well.

- Analyze client questions and concerns, escalating problems to appropriate teams and handling service problems to the satisfaction of the client
- Manage all client account opening, transferring, and closing processes, ensuring that procedures are followed correctly
- Maintain quality relationships with clients, remaining available to offer support
